Dr. Kristina PT, DPT, the founder of Restore & Revive Movement, received her bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science in 2015 before going on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 2018. Over the past eight years Dr. Kristina has worked within a variety of clinical settings including - outpatient orthopedics, outpatient neuro, and within hospitals treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions alike.
Dr. Kristina began her career learning under several specialists in the field of manual therapy, pelvic rehab, and orthopedic recovery influencing her style of treatment. Following this, Dr. Kristina spent several years working as a consultant in hospitals for patients with dizziness and a balance center focused on helping patients with balance, dizziness, and recovery from neurologic conditions. From here, she developed her own personal style of treatment that focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptomatic regions or conditions. She believes healing begins with a strong foundation through strength of the core cylinder, balanced breathing, manual therapy and total body strength, balance, and body integration. Professionally, she has completed multiple advanced trainings on the breath, core, pelvic floor, diastasis recti and additionally, she has also completed advanced trainings through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute as it pertains to pre- and postnatal care from a rehab perspective. Dr. Kristina uses her advanced knowledge in these areas to blend physical, manual and pilates based therapy to achieve breakthrough and lasting results.
